// School Enrichment Programme (SEP)

Children living on farms often lack access to additional educational support and extracurricular activities. The School Enrichment Programme (SEP) provides homework and life skills support to school-going children between the ages of 6 and 18 years. The SEP is delivered at the After-School Club centres located on our partner farms and runs daily from 14:00 – 17:00.

Pebbles Project aims to provide a safe space for children to receive academic support when they return from school each day while their parents are still at work. The programme is offered in several regions including Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Citrusdal, and Grabouw.

A key innovation of the SEP is the use of Graff Mobile Learning Centres; state-of-the-art vehicles converted into mobile classrooms which rotate between farms on a scheduled basis to deliver educational programmes directly to children in their own communities. By taking the classroom to the learners, the SEP ensures that children can access the educational support they need, right where they are.
